GARLIC HONEY CHICKEN THIGHS🍯🧄☺️ Ingredients 1.5 lbs chicken thighs @pasturebird 1/4 cup avocado oil @primalkitchenfoods 1/4 cup raw honey @lineageprovisions 2 tbsp coconut aminos 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder Instructions 1. In a medium size bowl, combine avocado oil, honey, coconut aminos, garlic, acv, and seasonings. Whisk to combine. 2. Take chicken thighs out of fridge and add to the bowl (you can also use ziplock bag) 3. Let chicken sit in marinade for at least 30 min (the longer, the more flavorful) 4. Place chicken thighs on sheet pan and pour left over mixture on top. Let chicken thighs come to room temperature and place in oven at 400F for about 20-30 min (or until they reach 165F). 5. Once fully cooked, take out of oven and enjoy! Xx So delicous, but yet so simple! I love to have this throughout the week with some veggies and potatoes 😋
