ad/pr stay I’m back inna Jamaica 🇯🇲 and my soul could not be more grateful for it 💚💛🖤 I’m here for the International Seabed Authority’s conference on Deep Sea Mining in Kingston next week, so keep your eyes out for some vvv important videos I will be sharing about how we can stop this destructive industry before it even starts ✊🏽 In the time I’ve had between US book tour finishing and the conference starting, I’ve been laughing with Grandma in her living room and at Hellshire and spending as much time as possible in the ocean at the glorious @rockhousehotel who kindly gifted me a stay in Negril in truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been 🐢🌅🌊 swipe for snippets of the joy and beauty 🫶🏽 During my stay I read Genocide Bad by @sim_bookstagrams_badly and it really solidified them as one of my favourite authors of all time (I loved their novel The Free People’s Village too). Genocide Bad is a truly essential and brilliant book and I’ll be sharing so much more about it - it’s made me even more confident in speaking out against Zionism and persevering in my work and I quite simply could not recommend it more! It’s the best non-fiction book I have read in a very very long time - it’s accessible, thoroughly researched and so engaging that the only time I put it down when I was in the sea! Read this book!!!
