With years of experience in the health and fitness world, Amanda is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals through her social media platforms. Growing up in Southern California, Amanda has a deep love for the beach, traveling, being physically and mentally strong, and inspiring others to do the same. She is also passionate about gardening, repurposing old items, and educating others on the benefits of overall health and wellness, including our planet. Amanda loves playing dress up, being outside, meeting new people, and learning about other cultures. Amanda is certified in yoga, Pilates, and scuba diving, and has built an app called LOAR that supports people in building and achieving their goals. Currently, Amanda takes LOAR to high schools and hosts workshops to support juniors and seniors in Living Out Any Reality. Amanda's personal and professional goal is to transform and inspire all humans to find their own commitment to health and living the life of their dreams with confidence and ease.
