A letter of gratitude for our 20’s #thisis31 At 21, I was in the Hamptons thinking I had it all figured out.. thinking like I was grown. A decade later, I found myself back there, same place, same celebration, but with a totally different energy. More peace. More confidence. More gratitude. That’s the magic of getting older - it doesn’t dull you, it deepens you. Life is never linear. It’s messy and unpredictable, but somehow always unfolds exactly the way it’s meant to. Even when things feel impossible, or when grief slaps you in the face, it always work out. Then you realize challenges are just invitations to grow, shift, and realign with something even better. And that perspective… changes everything. I’m learning that gratitude isn’t just for the good days. It’s what carries you through the hard ones. Aging isn’t scary, it’s a gift. And a privilege when you can embrace that. To anyone in their 20s: don’t rush it. Let it unfold. It only gets better from here. 💛 Side note - I highly recommend writing a letter to past self.
