Lauren Bash (@ReLauren) is an environmentalist and sustainability content creator from Los Angeles. As a born & raised Californian, she has always had a deep love for the ocean, which led her to become an active member of the Surfrider Foundation and receive a certificate in Sustainability from UCLA. Lauren now uses her social channels to educate others on the climate and global waste crises, as well as inspire solutions to combat them. Her channels offer a mix of silliness and sustainability, featuring skits, recipes, and educational content centered around the principles of climate action, connection, and community. She has worked with countless brands with clear climate commitments including REI, Mini Cooper, and IKEA, as well as several environmental organizations like the Sierra Club, Save Our Water, and World Surf League Pure. Lauren is a Cotopaxi "Do Good" Ambassador alumni, and has been named a Harvard C-Change "Climate Creator to Watch,” and has been featured on BuzzFeed, The New York Times, and several podcasts. Outside of her online presence, you can find her cooking yummy plant-based meals, surfing, and playing with her pup, Sonny.
