My name is Penelope Bertrand, and I am an illustrator based in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Fine Arts at Oglethorpe University. I work with Natural Watercolors, Prismacolor Pencils, and Sennelier Oil Pastels to create vividly colored worlds that transform the viewers into a place of imagination. Color exploration and childlike wonder are captured through my work to push my abilities as an artist and illustrator.
